A PROFESSIONAL ASSESSMENT

Know what the work should be before you commit to it.

Where are you starting?

Clarify the relevant history, current abilities, priorities, and constraints that should shape your plan.

What does success require?

This is not a facility tour or a package-selection appointment. It is the first coaching service: a structured evaluation that gives both you and Steadfast enough information to make a responsible next decision.

What should coaching look like?

Connect the findings that matter to the result you want—without testing for testing's sake.

Receive one recommendation for the frequency, management, and delivery structure that best fits the need.

INSIDE THE 60 MINUTES

A conversation, an assessment, and a clear next step.

We assess only the physical and training qualities that help clarify your starting point and inform a responsible recommendation.

01

Understand

We start with your goals, why they matter now, what you have tried, and what a successful result would change for you.

Review your history

02

We discuss training and sport experience, relevant injuries or limitations, schedule, preferences, and the constraints your plan must respect.

Assess what matters

03

Every part of the appointment should help Steadfast understand the person—not merely collect numbers.

Prescribe the next step

04

We explain the meaningful findings, connect them to your goals, and make one clear coaching recommendation. You decide whether to move forward.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

Useful clarity—even before coaching begins.

The assessment gives you a documented starting point and a professional explanation of what Steadfast recommends and why.

A clear understanding of the goals and constraints the plan must serve

An explanation of the findings that materially affect your training

One coaching prescription—not a ladder of packages to sort through alone

The investment and next steps explained before you make a decision

Assessment does not guarantee enrollment. Coaching must be appropriate for the client, schedule, and usable coaching capacity.

AFTER THE ASSESSMENT

One recommendation. Your decision.

Steadfast explains the findings that matter and how they relate to your goal.

You receive one recommended coaching structure, including the appropriate coached frequency and level of management.

The investment is stated clearly. You can ask questions and decide whether the recommendation is right for you.

If you enroll within 14 days, the $150 assessment fee is applied to your first 28-day coaching cycle.
