SPORTS PERFORMANCE

Develop the physical foundation beneath the sport.

Strength and physical preparation for middle- and high-school athletes in Eugene and Springfield. Training begins with the athlete’s sport, training history, schedule, and current season. The coach then builds a written plan for strength, power, movement, and recovery that can be adjusted as practices and competitions change. Live sessions provide technique feedback and a maximum 1:4 coaching ratio, with progress reviewed throughout the first 12 weeks.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Individualized training for the athlete and season

Season-aware strength and power development

Maximum 1:4 live coaching

Clear communication around priorities and progress

Built around the athlete.

The program responds to the athlete’s training age, current season, sport demands, schedule, and readiness. In a coached session, the athlete follows an individualized written plan while the coach teaches movement, adjusts loads, and gives immediate technique feedback. Training priorities can shift between off-season development and in-season maintenance as practice and competition demands change.
